With the installation of a new elevator in our Performance and Gathering Hall nearing completion, Wade Auditorium will soon be more accessible than ever. This warm and distinctive venue offers a unique setting for meetings, trainings, performances, celebrations, and community events.

Located on Clayton’s historic 20-acre campus, our spaces offer a memorable backdrop for gatherings of all kinds.

AVAILABLE MEETING SPACES IN OUR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
WADE AUDITORIUM
Wade Auditorium has a maximum capacity of 85 people. Please note that this space is not ADA-accessible. Rental fee: $150/hour; $100/hour for nonprofit organizations (documentation required).

All reservations require a nonrefundable deposit:
$100 for a rental of up to 4 hours
$200 for a rental of more than 4 hours.
MAIN AUDITORIUM
The Main Auditorium has a maximum capacity of 125 people. Rental fee: $175/hour; $125/hour for nonprofit organizations (documentation required).

$100 for a rental of up to 4 hours
$200 for a rental of more than 4 hours.
