Clayton's Historic Campus
We are making one of our most beautiful gathering spaces even more accessible!
Clayton is currently installing a new elevator in our Performance and Gathering Hall, which will provide ADA access to the stunning Wade Auditorium! A warm and distinctive venue ideal for meetings, trainings, performances, celebrations, and community events.
During this construction project, we are temporarily pausing new rental bookings.
When rentals reopen, guests will have the opportunity to host events in this unique and inspiring space, surrounded by the character and history of Clayton's 20-acre campus.

AVAILABLE MEETING SPACES IN OUR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

WADE AUDITORIUM
Wade Auditorium has a maximum capacity of 85 people. Please note that this space is not ADA-accessible. Rental fee: $150/hour; $100/hour for nonprofit organizations (documentation required).

All reservations require a nonrefundable deposit:
$100 for a rental of up to 4 hours
$200 for a rental of more than 4 hours.

MAIN AUDITORIUM
The Main Auditorium has a maximum capacity of 125 people. Rental fee: $175/hour; $125/hour for nonprofit organizations (documentation required).
