Donor Appreciation Event Featuring Dr. Sheryl Ziegler

Our donors and partners are the heart of Clayton Early Learning. Their support is what fuels our work - supporting the children and families we serve through our school, our wraparound family programs, and the countless ways we work to create a brighter future for our community. They aren’t just a part of our story - their generosity is what brings our work to life, and we were pleased to spend an evening celebrating all that we have accomplished together in our first annual Donor Appreciation & Celebration event.

We gathered in the Morgridge Creative Hub at the Denver Art Museum for an evening of gratitude and celebration. The highlight of the evening was hearing from our special guest, Dr. Sheryl Ziegler, about her recently published book, The Crucial Years: The Essential Guide to Mental Health and Modern Puberty in Middle Childhood (Ages 6-12). Dr. Sheryl Gonzalez Ziegler is also the author of Mommy Burnout, the podcast host of Dr. Sheryl's PodCouch, a regular national and local news contributor, and runs a private group practice in Denver, CO. She is also a national and international presenter on topics related to stress, parenting, mental health and burnout as well as a Tedx speaker. We were delighted that she was willing to share her wisdom and insights with us as we all work together to support children to grow and thrive.
