“An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin
Investing in quality early childhood programs is one of the best education reform strategies. It ensures the earliest years in a child’s development are given the attention so critical to later academic success.
By making a donation to Clayton Early Learning, you are helping the youngest and most vulnerable members of our community get the best start possible by supporting these four main initiatives:
- Teaching Children: Our practices in the classroom and with families are research-based and outcome-focused to ensure our students, most of who come from families coping with the effects of poverty, arrive at kindergarten prepared for academic success.
- Teaching Teachers: Creating highly trained early childhood education professionals lies at the heart of our training and coaching programs connecting effective teacher preparation with children’s academic success.
- Teaching Families: We offer opportunities for parents to learn about child development and gain the skills and confidence they need to be their child’s first teacher and actively participate in their child’s education.
- Campus as a Community Asset: Clayton Early Learning has provided a better start for vulnerable children for over a century. Preserving our campus, and keeping it open to the community, is critical to continue serving as a vibrant place of learning in the heart of Northeast Denver.
Clayton Early Learning impacts about 8,000 children annually. With your partnership, together we can help ensure a better start in school and life to thousands of children across the state.
