On Campus in April 2012—-Doors Open Denver and Comcast Cares Day

ABOUT DOORS OPEN DENVER:
Doors Open Denver is an annual celebration of Denver’s built environment and design. The two-day event allows residents and visitors to tour the spectacular sites they see every day but may never have entered.  It allows the public to truly experience and develop a new appreciation for their home town and the facilities that comprise Denver’s rich architectural landscape. It also helps build a sense of community by opening up the doors of Denver to everyone. Tickets are free.

April 14th & 15th (Clayton Early Learning will be open from 11:00-3:00 on Saturday, April 14th, ONLY)

Comcast has selected Clayton Early Learning as one of its premier sites for Comcast Cares Day on April 21, 2012! 

Every year on Comcast Cares Day, Comcast brings together tens of thousands of Comcast employees, their families and friends to make a positive impact in neighborhoods across the country. Last year, on April 30, 2011, Comcast celebrated the 10th anniversary of Comcast Cares Day, which has grown to become one of the largest single-day corporate volunteer efforts in the country. This past year, nearly 70,000 Comcast employees, families and friends volunteered at more than 659 project sites spanning 39 states and Washington, D.C. Comcast Cares Day projects included rehabilitating public parks, planting sustainable food gardens, cleaning up schools and more. Since the first Comcast Cares Day, more than 4,000 projects have been completed, and more than two million hours of service have been provided.
