Top Denver Chefs Partner with Clayton Early Learning for a Harvest Extravaganza to Nourish Early Childhood Education & Delight Food Lovers

DENVER, CO - July 9, 2013 – Autumn -- the kids are back to school, fall foliage is ablaze and local produce is at its peak.  This year, celebrate all the wonders of fall with Clayton Early Learning, Colorado’s leading catalyst in providing and improving early childhood care and education, and Troy Guard of TAG Restaurant Group.  Clayton and Guard are working together to create Moonbeam Harvest, a unique event and chefs’ gathering to support early childhood education under the Harvest Moon on September 19, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Fifteen premier local chefs will prepare seasonal dishes with herbs and vegetables harvested from Clayton gardens, and the line-up is impressive.  Led by Chef Troy Guard, harvest-fresh dishes, wine and signature cocktails will be served in the heart of the Clayton Early Learning historic campus.  The event’s honorary chairs are Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper and Denver Mayor Michael B.
