Cultivate the Future

In alignment with our mission to improve early childhood education, Clayton recognizes the impact a healthy diet has on children’s successful learning and development. Integration of nutrition education and providing healthy meals to our students is central to our success. This September, we gather in support of Clayton’s mission, and to enjoy and celebrate the finest food Colorado’s top chefs have to offer.

Guests at the Moonbeam Harvest have the unique opportunity to relish freshly prepared cuisine imagined by Denver’s top chefs, inspired by ingredients grown in Clayton’s very own gardens. Guests mingle with tastemakers and groundbreakers between gourmet food stations and a custom bar, sipping hand-crafted cocktails, and soaking in the autumn evening on the Historic Clayton Campus. This annual event is your once a year all-access pass to sample and savor dishes you won’t get anywhere else. Supporting our community and advancing improvements in early learning has never been more delicious.
