Renee McLaughlin serves as the ERS Trainer for the project. She is reliable in all environment ratings scales and brings twenty years of experience in the Early Care and Education field (teacher, director, coach, trainer, etc.). Renee provides environment rating tool training and certification/reliability checks for Quality Rating Specialists and QI Specialists. She is also a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) and is certified by NPPS and NPSI. Additionally, Renee is a local El Paso County trainer for child care professionals and organizes a year-round session of workshops in a variety of early childhood best practice topics. She plays an active role in El Paso County by serving as a board member for Child Care Connections, the local Resource and Referral agent, and as the elected treasurer for the Pikes Peak District of CAEYC. Renee has her BA in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Early Childhood from Ashford University.
