Paula Smith has 16 years of experience working with culturally diverse children and families in various leadership roles in early childhood education, including: kindergarten teacher, preschool teacher, assistant childcare director, and youth treatment counselor. Since joining Clayton Early Learning, Paula's responsibilities have expanded to include coordinating education, disabilities, and the family and community component areas. She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University and is currently enrolled at the University of Colorado, Denver, completing a Master’s in Educational Administration.
