Nathan Pope joined Clayton Early Learning with more than nine years of experience as a bilingual elementary educator and literacy coach. He has since contributed to a number of local and national studies as a researcher and bilingual data collector before transitioning to his current role.
As Data Utilization Coach, Nathan works collaboratively with teachers, mentor coaches, site administration and the research and developent department to enhance student achievement in all areas of development and learning. He supports Clayton and the organization's research-to-practice framework by assisting instructional teams to collect and interpret student achievement data. Nathan then ensures that the individualized plans informed by these data are developed, implemented and monitored.
Nathan earned a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Metropolitan State University and an M.A. in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Research and Evaluation Methodology from the University of Colorado at Denver.
