Karyn has over 23 years experience in early childhood education and recreation working with culturally diverse children and families. She worked as a preschool teacher and as a recreation coordinator for Denver Options, Rensselaer County ARC, Denver Special Olympics, and Denver Parks and Recreation Special Needs Program. Since joining Clayton in 1993 she has worked in a variety of capacities, including teacher and coordinator for the Clayton Kids and Thinkers program, oversight of Health and CACFP services, coordinator for Reading is Fundamental and Family and Community Services, Quality/Evaluation Consultant to Programs and currently, Project Manager for Clayton Early Learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York.
