Janaldo Mims has served in various positions at Clayton Early Learning for 10 years. He has worked with infants to preschool-age children as a substitute teacher, substitute teacher coordinator, child family educator, and lead child family educator.  Janaldo’s current responsibilities include coordinating licensing and operations. Prior to establishing his career in the education field, Janaldo served our country for twenty years in the United States Army as an Airborne Medic. Janaldo also supports the development of children in his role as president of the Northeast Denver Optimists (Optimists International), whose mission is to bring out the best in children. Janaldo received a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Metropolitan State College.
