Gregory Shain is the Kitchen Supervisor/Chef at Clayton Early Learning. Prior to joining Clayton, Gregory worked in over thirty five different restaurants including fine dining, coffee shops, hotels, country clubs, a bison ranch, cruise ship and fishing lodge in Alaska. Gregory worked and studied under American, French, Austrian, Swiss and German chefs. Gregory has completed a pastry chef certification and is also a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
