Deborah Gray

Deborah Gray is the Environment Ratings Scales Program Associate and Trainer and provides training to teachers, directors, and administrators on the ERS tools and playground safety. She also conducts certification/reliability checks for Qualistar Rating Specialists and Quality Improvement Specialists throughout the state. Deborah is a certified Playground Safety Inspector, is reliable on the Environment Rating Scales tools, and is certified as a Parent Educator, birth to five, with the Parents as Teachers Program. She brings 20 years of experience in the early childhood field as an educator in the classroom, a coach/mentor to teachers and parents, and a Child Care Licensing Specialist. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Family Studies from the University of Northern Colorado.
